Because the needs of every organization are different, we will work with you to get you the mixes you need at a competitive rate that’s within your budget. If you aren't 100% satisfied with the mixes and what they add to your classes, we will work with you until we meet your goals, or fully refund you for those mixes.  We’re committed to giving you, your instructors, and your customers the best possible experience.

  1. Can I listen to more sample mixes?
    Absolutely! All you need to do is contact us and tell us about what you’re looking for.

  2. How many mixes can I order?
    You can order as many custom mixes as you’d like.

  3. Can I request certain songs to be included in mixes?
    Certainly! There are several ways to approach this: frequently, the easiest way is just to gather song requests from your instructors and staff each month, and send us an email a couple weeks before your new mixes are due to arrive. We can also set up an online form where instructors can submit song requests directly.

  4. Are there any limits to what music can be included in these mixes?
    Any genre, style and tempo can be included in your mixes. To ensure legal compliance, our mixes only include songs and remixes that are legally purchasable within the United States.

  5. Can I request changes on mixes after they've been delivered?
    Yes - if there’s a song that’s not working for you, we can swap out or change the offending song at no additional charge. Just contact us and you’ll have a corrected mix in your inbox within a few days.

  6. Can I get physical CDs instead of digitally delivered MP3s?
    Yes! I can ship you a CD for $5 per CD plus the cost of Shipping. I ship from Chicago.

  7. Do I have to pay Performing Rights Organizations (ie ASCAP, BMI, SESAC) to play your mixes in my gym?
    Yes, but you’ll pay the same fee whether you use our mixes, the radio, or any other music source. Using our mixes won’t cost you anything more in fees.

  8. Are you selling me music?
    No, but we will be purchasing music exclusively for you. Before we send you mixes, you have to give us permission to purchase music for you. Our competitive pricing includes both the cost of preparing the mixes and purchasing new music for you.
