Sample Mix 1: Pop Cardio Mix
This mix is a good example of high-intensity, cardio oriented mixes. It features mostly remixes of Top 40 Artists like Demi Lovato, Nick Jonas, The Weeknd, Carly Rae Jepsen, and Jason Derulo. You'll also notice:
There's a consistent tempo of 130 BPM with a nonstop pulse throughout the entire mix, no dropout sections, and seamless transitions. These are the hallmarks of our IN-THE-ZONE mix style, designed to help keep your clients and instructors focused and engaged.
It has 32-Count Phrasing throughout, for classes that synchronize movement to music.
All the songs are clean, and have a generally positive and energizing attitude.
Sample Mix 2: Driving Trap Mix
This sample mini-mix is also oriented towards radio hits, but is more focused on Trap, Hip Hop, and Urban styles. This mix is still seamless, but has minor tempo variations to allow for broader variety. Censored versions are still used, though some subject matter might still be considered explicit in Hip Hop formats. It features remixes from artists like Beyoncé, Flo Rida, Keys N Krates, and Jack Ü.
Sample Mix 3: Summer Vibes Mix
This sample mini-mix features a blend of hybrid trap and island sounds to create a mix with medium intensity, perfect for a yoga class or a post workout cooldown. This looser format incorporates a broader range of tempos and styles, allowing for more musical arcs, but the transitions still remain tight. The songs blend bigger artists like Sia, Hailee Steinfeld, and DJ Snake with fantastic smaller acts like Marina and the Diamonds, Matthew Koma, and Odesza.
Tempo-Flexible Mixes
The first part of this mix is a driving 140 BPM for a high intensity warmup - but the last two-thirds have a broad tempo arc for a “go at your own pace” strength training section, letting us add some fun pop music that’s great to move to! It builds up again to that 140 BPM for the final few minutes, closing out the class with a high-intensity blast.
This mix is a 20-minute build up, showing how gradually shifting tempos can help push a workout forward and end your class on a high note.
